Ingredients:
- 1 cup - mint leaves
- 1 cup - coriander leaves
- 1 - green chilli
- 1 piece - ginger
- 2 clove - garlic
- 1.5 cup - milk
- 2 tablespoon - lime juice
- 1 tablespoon - corn flour
- 2 tablespoon - oil
- 2 cup - water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil
- Fry the mint, coriander, ginger, garlic and chilli in the oil
- Add water, salt and cook for one whistle or becomes soft
- Grind, filter and boil it again
- Mix corn flour with milk and add to the soup
- Take from fire add lime juice and pepper
- Serve while it hot
