Irish cream cafe latte

For 2 servings
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup - Hot water
  • 2- 3 Teaspoon - Instant coffee
  • 3/4 cup - Hot milk
  • 1/4 cup - Irish cream
  • Sugar to taste


Method:
  • Mix sugar and coffee with boiled water
  • Add milk and cream with coffee
Enjoy while it hot

Bitter melon Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1- Bitter melon
  • 1 - small Onion chopped
  • 1/2 - Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon - Lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
( For 2 serving)


Method:
  • Clean and cut the bitter melon into thin slices
  • Heat the oil in frying pan
  • Fry it for light  brown
  • Add all ingredients and mix it well
Eat this salad twice a week, it is good for intestine worms and diabetic

Idly podi



Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup- Black lentil
  • 1/4 cup- Split pigeon pea/ split yellow lentils (Toor dal)
  • 2 Table spoon - Split Bengal gram
  • 2 Table spoon - Green gram
  • 8 - Dried chili
  • Hand full Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Teaspoon -  Asafoetida
  • 1/2 Teaspoon - Salt



 Method:
  • Roast each ingredient separately except salt and asafoetida
  • Mix all and grind it
  • Do not grind it very smooth powder


Grilled fish

Ingredients:
  • 200g - Piece of fish
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Ginger paste
  • Salt to taste


Method:
  • Wash and cut the fish into a slice
  • Add little salt and little lime juice and leave it for a minute
  • Wash again or the fish will stink after cooking
  • Mix all ingredients with a little amount of water to make a paste
  • Then mix it to the fish and leave it for 30 minutes
  • Heat the non-stick pan
  • Add 1 teaspoon oil when it hot put the fish in the pan
  • when it becomes golden brown  take it out from the pan and serve

Kesari

Ingredient:
  • 1 Cup - Semolina
  • 1 Cup - Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon - Ghee
  • 1 1/2 Cup - Water
  • 2 Table spoon - Milk / Coconut milk
  • 1 Pinch - Kesari powder / coloring (yellow /orange)
  • 1 Hand full - Cashew nut


Method:
  • Heat the ghee in the pan, then fry the cashew nut and take it out
  • Then roast the semolina to mix well with the ghee and keep it aside
  • Boil the water
  • Add the sugar and coloring, mix it well
  • When the water boiling add milk
  • Add semolina little by little while stirring the mixture
  • When it becomes very thick remove from the stove
  • Mix cashew nut with it
  • Put it on a tray which greased by butter
  • Make a cut when it's cool
