Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup- Black lentil
- 1/4 cup- Split pigeon pea/ split yellow lentils (Toor dal)
- 2 Table spoon - Split Bengal gram
- 2 Table spoon - Green gram
- 8 - Dried chili
- Hand full Curry leaves
- 1/4 Teaspoon - Asafoetida
- 1/2 Teaspoon - Salt
Method:
- Roast each ingredient separately except salt and asafoetida
- Mix all and grind it
- Do not grind it very smooth powder
