- 200g - Piece of fish
- 1/2 teaspoon - Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon - Tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon - Lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon - Chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon - Ginger paste
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and cut the fish into a slice
- Add little salt and little lime juice and leave it for a minute
- Wash again or the fish will stink after cooking
- Mix all ingredients with a little amount of water to make a paste
- Then mix it to the fish and leave it for 30 minutes
- Heat the non-stick pan
- Add 1 teaspoon oil when it hot put the fish in the pan
- when it becomes golden brown take it out from the pan and serve
