Method:
- 1 Cup - Semolina
- 1 Cup - Sugar
- 3 Tablespoon - Ghee
- 1 1/2 Cup - Water
- 2 Table spoon - Milk / Coconut milk
- 1 Pinch - Kesari powder / coloring (yellow /orange)
- 1 Hand full - Cashew nut
Method:
- Heat the ghee in the pan, then fry the cashew nut and take it out
- Then roast the semolina to mix well with the ghee and keep it aside
- Boil the water
- Add the sugar and coloring, mix it well
- When the water boiling add milk
- Add semolina little by little while stirring the mixture
- When it becomes very thick remove from the stove
- Mix cashew nut with it
- Put it on a tray which greased by butter
- Make a cut when it's cool
