Apple blueberry smoothie

We can make wonderful, tasty and healthy smoothie with simple ingredients what we have in our home. Lets try this,


Ingredients:
  • ½ - Apple
  • 2 tablespoon - Frozen blueberry
  • 1 cup - Plain or strawberry flavored yogurt
  • ½ cup - water
  • Sugar if required


Method:
  • Blend apple with little amount of water
  • Add blueberry and blend till smooth
  • Then add yogurt and water blend once
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy
  • If you like to drink very cold add 2 / 3 ice cube
