We can make wonderful, tasty and healthy smoothie with simple ingredients what we have in our home. Lets try this,
Ingredients:
- ½ - Apple
- 2 tablespoon - Frozen blueberry
- 1 cup - Plain or strawberry flavored yogurt
- ½ cup - water
- Sugar if required
Method:
- Blend apple with little amount of water
- Add blueberry and blend till smooth
- Then add yogurt and water blend once
- Pour into a glass and enjoy
- If you like to drink very cold add 2 / 3 ice cube
