Ingredient:
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup milk (Optional)
Method:
- Cut the avocado and remove the pulp
- Add sugar, water and blend it
- Finally add milk and mix it
- Add 2 ice cubes and serve it
- You can add honey instead of sugar
- If you don’t want milk add ¾ cup water
Avocado is a very healthy fruit. It contains lots of protein and can reduce cholesterol.
Having a glass of juice for breakfast can fulfill your hunger and reduce cholesterol!
