Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup - Sprouted green gram
- 1/2 cup - vegetables
- 1/2 cup - milk
- 1 tablespoon - lime juice
- 2.5 cup of water
- little coriander and mint leaves
- Salt to taste
For grinding
- 1 tablespoon - Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon - cumin seed
- 2 clove - Garlic
- 2 nos - Small onion
- 1 teaspoon - Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon - yellow powder
- Few coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat the oil and fry all the vegetables
- Add grounded paste, green gram and fry it again
- Now add water, salt and boil it for 5 minutes
- Take from fire and add milk
- After 5 minutes add lime juice, mint and coriander leaves
