Sprouted green gram soup

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup - Sprouted green gram
  • 1/2 cup - vegetables
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1 tablespoon - lime juice
  • 2.5 cup of water
  • little coriander  and mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
For grinding
  • 1 tablespoon - Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon - cumin seed
  • 2 clove - Garlic
  • 2 nos - Small onion
  • 1 teaspoon - Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon - yellow powder
  • Few coriander leaves
Method:
  • Heat the oil and fry  all the vegetables
  • Add grounded paste, green gram and fry it again
  • Now add  water,  salt and boil it for 5 minutes
  • Take from fire and add milk
  • After 5 minutes add lime juice, mint and coriander leaves

Cauliflower manchurian



Ingredients:
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • ½ medium onion
  • 3 spring onion
  • 3 garlic
  • 1” piece ginger
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2/ 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 3 dried red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon oil


for bater:

  • 3 tablespoon corn flour
  • 5 tablespoon wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • water required amount

Method:


    • Prepare the thick batter
    • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
    • Dip the cauliflower in batter and fry till golden brown
    • Heat the oil in a pan
    • Add mustard, onion and fry till golden brown
    • Now add ginger, garlic paste, dried chilli mix well
    • Then add chilli powder, salt, spring onion and tomato sauce mix well
    • Now add fried cauliflower and cornstarch
    • Finally add lime juice
    • Serve it immediately to maintain the crisp

    Easy veg soup


    Ingredients:
    • 2 cup - vegetables and greens ( cut into large and thin)
    • 2 tablespoon - soya sauce
    • 2 clove - garlic
    • 2 tablespoon - oil
    • 3.5 cup - water
    • salt to taste

    Method:
    • Heat the oil and fry the garlic
    • Add vegetables, cook for 2 minutes
    • Add water, salt, soya sauce and boil it for 5 minutes
    • Serve with pepper

    Spicy green soup


    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup - mint leaves
    • 1 cup - coriander leaves
    • 1 - green chilli
    • 1 piece - ginger
    • 2 clove - garlic
    • 1.5 cup - milk
    • 2 tablespoon - lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon - corn flour
    • 2 tablespoon - oil
    • 2 cup - water
    • salt and pepper to taste
    Method:
    • Heat the oil
    • Fry the mint, coriander, ginger, garlic and chilli in the oil
    • Add water, salt and cook for one whistle or becomes soft
    • Grind, filter and boil it again
    • Mix corn flour with milk and add to the soup
    • Take from fire add lime juice and pepper
    • Serve while it hot
