Sprouted green gram soup

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup - Sprouted green gram
  • 1/2 cup - vegetables
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1 tablespoon - lime juice
  • 2.5 cup of water
  • little coriander  and mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
For grinding
  • 1 tablespoon - Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon - cumin seed
  • 2 clove - Garlic
  • 2 nos - Small onion
  • 1 teaspoon - Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon - yellow powder
  • Few coriander leaves
Method:
  • Heat the oil and fry  all the vegetables
  • Add grounded paste, green gram and fry it again
  • Now add  water,  salt and boil it for 5 minutes
  • Take from fire and add milk
  • After 5 minutes add lime juice, mint and coriander leaves

Easy veg soup


Ingredients:
  • 2 cup - vegetables and greens ( cut into large and thin)
  • 2 tablespoon - soya sauce
  • 2 clove - garlic
  • 2 tablespoon - oil
  • 3.5 cup - water
  • salt to taste

Method:
  • Heat the oil and fry the garlic
  • Add vegetables, cook for 2 minutes
  • Add water, salt, soya sauce and boil it for 5 minutes
  • Serve with pepper

Vegetable salad with soup

Ingredients:
  • 100g - Cabbage
  • 50g - Carrot
  • 50g - Beans
  • 50g - Leeks
  • 50g - Pumpkin
  • 50g - Green leaves
  • 100g - Chicken / Fish (if like)
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Cumin seeds
  • 2 Clove - Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Chili powder
  • 1/2 - Soup cube
  • 500 ml - Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon - lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
  • Boil the water in a pot
  • If you adding Chicken / Fish add it in boiled water
  • Add cumin seed, salt, Chili powder and Soup cube
  • When chicken cooked then add all vegetables
  • Cook for on minute
  • Finally add grounded pepper, garlic and lime
  • Then stain the soup
  • Garnish and serve the soup and salad
(For more taste add small amount of grams, corn or green peas.)
